Board member Dawn Willis will represent CCRA at the upcoming Public Safety Hearing examining the ongoing safety and noise issues created by ATVs and other unauthorized vehicles on City streets and the possibility of creating a space for safely riding in Philadelphia (Resolution No. 200442). The hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 7th from 9:30am - 12:30pm.  If you have particular issues you would like CCRA to include in our testimony, please email centercity@centercityresidents.org. with ATV in the header by Monday October 5.

This hearing will be hosted virtually via Microsoft Teams. Members of the public wishing to testify should indicate whether they have the ability to use Microsoft Teams, or whether they would prefer to be connected to the hearing via phone. Due to the volume of requests , testimony will be limited to three minutes to ensure that all members of the public wishing to testify are able to do so.
