CCRA Board of Directors Meeting

On Tuesday, March 12, 7pm, at BEX Meeting Space, located at 2005 Market St (One Commerce Sq), we are holding our monthly board meeting.  Before the meeting we will have 3 presentations.

The first presentation is the 2300 Market St. zoning project.  This is a special public zoning meeting regarding proposed minor alterations to the previously approved balconies on a building being constructed under an existing Community Benefits Agreement.

Next, we’ll have a presentation from the Parkway Council regarding the project to reimagine the Parkway from Logan Circle to the Art Museum.

Finally, there is a presentation from the CCRA Green Committee about increasing the greenery in Center City West. Mayor Parker promises to make Philadelphia the “safest, greenest, cleanest big city” in the country. This goal aligns with the new Philly Tree Plan, which aims to equitably grow the tree canopy to healthy levels over the next ten years. Come hear about the plan and its implementation from Nagiarry Meneus, Communications Director, Department of Commerce, We anticipate that the presentations will take an hour in total.
