As we strive to ensure customer safety and convenience, the Philadelphia Parking Authority will host a virtual town hall meeting Thursday evening - July 8th, at 6:00 PM on "Getting Around as Philly Reopens.” Staff will provide in-depth guidance on how customers can utilize our airport parking facilities and the PPA's role in regulating for-hire transportation services such as Uber, Lyft, and Taxicabs. Topics will include:

• Your Rights as a Rider.
• Submitting Ride Complaints/ Lost & Found Inquires.
• Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs)
• Airport Parking Services:
