Hosts for Hospitals is a wonderful organization that matches families needing to be in the Philadelphia area for medical treatment with local folks who can accommodate them in their homes so they don't have to incur major hotel expenses in addition to their medical expenses.  We have participated in this program for many years--unfortunately that's on hold with the pandemic, but there may be people with rental apartments in their home or in another property they own that are currently not occupied.
