On Sunday, February 10th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., the Center City Residents’ Association will host its annual Chili Challenge/Community Supper. The purpose of the event is to provide the opportunity for both the general public and CCRA members to gather with family and friends.
The event is open to the public. All attendees will have the opportunity to sample the competitors’ chili recipes and to vote on their favorites.
In addition, live music will be performed by Keystone Mountain Boys, a local bluegrass band.
Presently, event sponsors include Di Bruno Bros. and Penn Medicine at Rittenhouse.
For CCRA members - $15 at the door
For non-CCRA members - $25 at the door
Children under 12 - $5 at the door
Price includes food (chili, both meat and meatless, cheese platters, and salad) and drink (beer and soft drinks).
NOTE THAT TO ENSURE SUFFICIENT FOOD AND SPACE FOR ALL, TICKET SALES FOR THIS EVENT HAVE BEEN CAPPED. THERE PRESENTLY ARE 78 TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. DOORS WILL OPEN ON SUNDAY AT 5:30 P.M.
