PA Atty Gen Josh Shapiro to Address CCRA Annual Meeting Thursday, May 27 @ 6pm

 CCRA has the honor of hosting Pennsylvania’s Attorney General,  Josh Shapiro,  at our Annual Meeting to be held (virtually) on Thursday, May 27, starting at 6 pm. Register here to participate.

We ask that all members join the meeting promptly at 6pm, so we can have the quorum we need to complete the important business portion of the meeting (like electing our leadership!).

1.  the election of new Officers and Directors

2.  changes to the bylaws

      a.  memo to members

      b.  explanation regarding changes to the bylaws

      c.   proposed bylaws

      d.  original bylaws

      e.  bylaws resolutions 

3.  changes to our Articles of Incorporation

4.  any updates

We will also say a bittersweet Au revoir to our beloved outgoing president, Maggie R. Mund.  A CCRA Vision 2021 plan will be introduced by our Executive Vice President, Richard Gross. Time sensitive information will also be provided about our exciting luxury house auctions for 2022.

Following the business section of the meeting, we are honored to present to our members a live streamed presentation from Pennsylvania’s current Attorney General, Josh Shapiro, followed by a Q and A. from our members.
