Racial equity is crucial in the provision and administration of public services. Phil Goldsmith, former Managing Director of the City of Philadelphia and interim CEO of the School District of Philadelphia, discusses his insights and tells some tales on the fight for equity in public institutions. He recently published his memoirs, "A Philadelphia Education: Tales, Trials, and Tribulations of a Serial Careerist."
